I will be resigning from my position shortly and although I have only been there 8 months, I have earned 5 vacation days. I have a feeling that my boss will try to get away with not paying me for that time. Is that illegal?
It states in the handbook that the 5 days is earned after 6 months.

I am at a critical point in my career with a decision to make. Currently I can make alot of money very easily but I wonder what type of changes/problems can happen if I start to travel? I would be traveling multiple times a month. Anyone with experience in this area? If you could go back and make changes would you still have persued money or have taken a lesser paying career but would have been home every night?

Has anyone ever been a travel agent or known a travel agent that made alot of money or that owned any kind of travel business and was successful? I would like to know what kind of license I need in order to be a legitimate travel agent. I am based in New York. Is there are school I need to go to or training online. What company should I affiliate myself with? Any travel agents, please give me the low down. Thanks.
