Will you have peace of mind when purchasing travel insurance?

I am thinking of traveling abroad possibly to teach English in either South Korea, France, or an eastern european country. I will want to get my vaccinations soon as some of them need to be spaced out but the travel clinic in my area charges a $50 consult fee where if I get the vaccinations by my doctor it might not. Does anyone have any experience with what vaccinations are required when travelling to eastern europe or korea. thanks.

I am traveling to Colombia in a week and didn’t realize that I should have gotten vaccinated. I will stick to bottled water but what else should I be concerned about? Also are you allowed to bring packaged snacks into the country?
